Role Description This is available as both a part-time and a full-time role for Mortgage Agents and Brokers, based or licensed in Ontario, with work-from-home flexibility. The role involves contacting the provided warm, qualified leads within two hours of receipt and consulting with clients to understand their financial goals, assessing their creditworthiness, and recommending appropriate mortgage products. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and verifying documentation, submitting mortgage applications, liaising with lenders, and tracking files through approval to closing. Mortgage Agents and Brokers will provide clear explanations of terms, rates, and conditions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. The role also includes building referral networks, engaging in basic mortgage marketing activities, and delivering responsive, professional service to both new and existing clients.

Qualifications Valid mortgage agent or broker license in Ontario (or eligibility to obtain), and understanding of applicable provincial and federal regulations. Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, with the ability to explain products and processes clearly to clients. Experience in Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Lending, including application processing and lender communication. Familiarity with Mortgage Marketing practices to develop and maintain client and referral relationships. Effective communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with a client-focused approach. Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and strong attention to detail in documentation and data entry. (Our Training will cover this) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple files and deadlines. Previous experience in financial services, banking, or real estate is an asset; additional language skills are beneficial.
