We sell exclusive leads to contractors, remodelers, and home services businesses across the country. We have approximately 50 active clients today and are on pace to triple in size over the next 3-6 months. Our team of 12 is lean, high-performing and growing fast to match the demand.

We’re now hiring a Remote High-Ticket Closer who wants to join a winning team, earn uncapped commissions, and grow fast in a performance-driven environment. This is a 100% remote sales role where you’ll close pre-booked Zoom calls with business owners actively looking to scale using our proven marketing system.

Ramp-Up Period (1–2 Weeks) Before you start receiving inbound calls, you’ll go through a 1–2 week onboarding sprint designed to make you an expert in our offer, process, and sales framework. This is where you’ll sharpen your sword and build confidence fast.

During this time, you will: Go through daily sales training, role-plays, and mock calls Master our sales script and proven closing framework Set your own appointments from a warm pipeline of 1,500+ leads Close your own deals and earn full commission during ramp-up Build momentum and prepare for inbound volume Once you complete training, you’ll start receiving 4–5 qualified inbound Zoom calls per day from paid ads—contractors who already want help scaling their business.

What You'll Do Take 4–5 qualified inbound Zoom calls daily with remodeling & construction business owners booked from paid ads Set and close your own appointments from our warm pipeline during ramp-up Follow a proven sales framework to close clients into our high-ticket marketing service Maintain strong communication and pipeline tracking in GoHighLevel Join daily sales huddles and access to $25,000+ in courses/sales training for continuous growth Represent Quote Magnet’s brand with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm

Compensation 100% commission-based (12.5% of cash collected) On-Target Earnings (OTE): $5,000–$10,000 USD/month

Ideal Candidate 1–2+ years experience in sales and high-ticket closing (preferred: marketing agency, digital ads, or construction-based sales) Basic understanding of Facebook Ads, lead generation, or the construction industry A track record of success closing on Zoom or phone-based consultations Confident, competitive, and coachable Available in EST hours (4-6+ hours/day, Mon–Fri) Professional communication, high integrity, and strong emotional intelligence
