Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing sales professional with strong experience in enterprise technology and consulting services. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and selling complex digital transformation solutions including automation, analytics, AI, and system integration services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers to win new business and renewals
  • Lead contract negotiations and close complex enterprise deals
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales leadership, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution alignment and client satisfaction
  • Conduct detailed client needs assessments and translate requirements into tailored solution offerings
  • Clearly articulate value propositions and differentiate services against competitors
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting of performance metrics
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and enhance brand visibility

Required Qualifications

  • 5?8 years of proven success in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in systems integration, automation, analytics, or AI-based solutions
  • Strong experience in RFP responses, proposal writing, solution presentations, and Statement of Work (SOW) development
  • Prior experience selling consulting services within the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong advantage
  • Background in consultative, solution-based, or strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Sandler, FranklinCovey or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience engaging with enterprise-level decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
