Air Liquide is hiring for a Branch Manager Collaborative work team Location: Kamloops , BC Ultra-safe work environment Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Kamloops branch. This role involves leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve ALC's sales and profitability targets, while ensuring compliance with and continuous improvement of sales processes and tools. The Branch Manager will support the development of new sales tools and systems, maintain sales reports, and promote ALC’s quality and safety objectives. Key Responsibilities: Track sales performance and use data to create detailed reports, monthly scorecards, and key insights/recommendations for Account Executives. Collaborate closely with the ABOM, South BC, on the annual sales budgeting process. Manage and execute the company's Price Increase Plan, including price setting, customer communications, strategy alignment, and supporting the sales team with new pricing policies. Support and supervise Inside Sales Representatives across locations, including timesheet approval, performance management, and career development. Develop and implement programs and tools to improve the sales process, focusing on cold calling follow-ups, targeted market "blitz" campaigns, telemarketing, and specialized software. Manage end-to-end customer contracts by tracking expiration dates and renewals, sharing key insights with the sales team, and assisting Account Executives with proposals and bids. Monitor sales team compliance with company processes, providing training and coaching on CRM tools (Salesforce) and collaborating across departments to optimize workflows.
Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an industrial field College diploma in Business Administration or a related field Strong understanding of quality systems (ISO) and safety standards Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Advanced written and oral communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems (Oracle), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and Business Intelligence (BI) tools Experience leading a team in a unionized environment Our Differences make our Performance
