About the Role Techspirit Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive sales growth across commercial and residential technology solutions, including CCTV, AI video surveillance, access control, alarm systems, Control4 home automation, AV, networking, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling. This is a senior sales role focused on developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and closing high-value projects. Key Responsibilities Generate new residential and commercial business opportunities. Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, designers, property managers, and business owners. Promote Techspirit's security, automation, networking, and AV solutions. Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and solution presentations. Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM and follow up with prospects. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Represent the company at networking events and industry functions. Required Qualifications Minimum 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience. Must have previous experience working for a security systems integrator, AV integration company, Control4 dealer, networking/low-voltage contractor, or similar technology solutions provider. Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Existing relationships within the construction, commercial, or property management industry are an asset. Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
