Personal Lines Account Manager - Insurance

We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join an a fast-growing team with a brokerage in Toronto. This role will be responsible for managing a book of personal lines business, and helping to drive growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities
Client Service & Support: Respond quickly and professionally to telephone, email, and fax inquiries while ensuring the highest level of service. Account Management: Review renewals, provide quotes, and remarket policies as necessary to keep the portfolio competitive. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize account growth. Claims & Endorsements: Handle endorsements, renewals, and claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed through EPIC and company portals.
Desired Skills
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal insurance account management. R.I.B.O. license required. Proficiency in Powerbroker is an asset. Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and portals. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
