The Centennial Infant and Child Centre Foundation (CICCF) is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer or Creative Agency to volunteer their professional expertise in designing its 2025–2026 Annual Report. This is an opportunity to use your creative talents to help tell the story of a charitable organization dedicated to supporting infants and children with developmental disabilities and their families across Toronto.

About The Project

CICCF will provide everything you need, including:

Final written content High-quality photos Brand guidelines Logos and visual assets

The Foundation is looking for someone to transform these materials into a polished, visually engaging digital Annual Report (PDF) that reflects its mission, impact and professionalism.

Qualifications

An experienced Graphic Designer or Creative Agency Strong editorial or publication design experience Experience designing annual reports, magazines or corporate publications Someone who values collaboration and wants to make a meaningful impact through their creative work

Mandatory Requirements

This opportunity is for experienced professionals only; student applications are not being accepted at this time.

Time commitment

The project is expected to take approximately 20–40 hours, depending on your workflow and creative approach. The Foundation is flexible with scheduling and will work with the selected designer to establish a timeline that fits both parties.
