This role is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on helping small and medium-sized businesses access the funding they need to grow. As a key member of the sales team, you will manage an existing portfolio of clients, identify opportunities for additional financing, and guide customers through the renewal process from consultation to close. Accountabilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing small and medium-sized business clients, identifying opportunities for renewal and additional funding solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business goals, financial needs, and long-term growth objectives. Analyze financial information, business performance, and customer profiles to recommend suitable financing options. Own the full renewal sales cycle, from opportunity identification and approval through negotiation and closing. Leverage reporting tools, performance data, and customer insights to prioritize opportunities and maximize results. Collaborate closely with underwriting and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transactions and customer experiences. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Balance multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, high-volume sales environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or closing role. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business performance and financial data. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities. Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed. Benefits Competitive annual base salary of $65,000–$75,000 CAD.
