Technical Sales Representative

Technosub is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our sales force in Saskatoon. The Technical Sales Representative works under the supervision of the Technosub – Sales Manager. His or her main mandate is to promote the full range of Technosub products and ensure a growth in sales in the Saskatchewan territory. The candidate will support the customer base by providing technical support as well as application analysis in pumping requests.
Responsabilities
Ensure the representation of the Technosub products lines for the Saskatchewan territory; Resolve dewatering challenges and develop new business opportunities; Share technical knowledge on products and ensure application analysis; Maintain and develop good business relationships; Provide outstanding customer service; Identify new business opportunities; Ensure contract management; Manage and maintain accounts receivable; Contribute to training and to the growth of our clients; Establish the schedule and priorities in collaboration with Sales Coordinators to ensure delivery as quickly as possible; Offer support to colleagues in the Saskatoon branch and ensure regular presence there; All other related tasks.
Specific Requirements
Three (3) to five (5) year experience in industrial sales with strong knowledge of the mining industry.
Technical Requirements
Hold a valid driver's license as well as a good driving record; Strong skills in both spoken and written English; Ability to communicate with internal customers; Knowledge of the mining or industrial territory are an important asset; Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Personal Requirements
The person incumbering this job must possess the following qualities:
Strong communication skills; Teamwork abilities and customer service oriented; Developed sense of initiative and autonomy.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The candidate will frequently be required to travel throughout the territory; The candidate will be responsible for representing Technosub at various Trade Shows.
