Role Overview We are seeking a high-impact Executive Vice President, Sales to lead and scale our growth across all business lines. This role is responsible for building and executing a unified go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and strengthening market position in highly competitive industrial service sectors.

The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales executive with deep experience in B2B industrial services, a strong track record of leading high-performing sales organizations, and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. Experience in environmental services is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across solid waste and liquid waste divisions Own enterprise-wide go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, pricing, and channel strategy Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing national sales organization Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share in competitive B2B industrial markets Partner with operations, finance, and executive leadership to align commercial strategy with operational capacity and profitability Identify and execute new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and key partnerships Oversee key account management strategy and retention of major customers Provide executive leadership reporting, forecasting, and performance analytics to the CEO and board as required Lead contract negotiations for large, complex, multi-year industrial service agreements Build a disciplined sales culture grounded in accountability, performance, and customer value

Qualifications 10 to 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including senior executive or VP-level responsibility Proven success leading large-scale B2B industrial or service-based sales organizations Strong track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies in competitive markets Experience in waste management, environmental services, industrial services, or related sectors is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in complex, multi-region operations Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and margin management Executive presence with the ability to influence at CEO and board level Experience leading distributed sales teams across multiple geographies
