Role Description ettitude is looking for a resourceful marketing generalist to join our small but mighty team on a part-time contract basis. We're a premium, sustainable bedding brand based in Los Angeles, built around our proprietary CleanBamboo® fabric. This role works directly with our Head of Brand and touches a little bit of everything — reporting and analytics, email and SMS strategy, copy and design support, and organic social, including day-to-day ownership of our Instagram. If you love wearing a lot of hats, moving quickly, and rolling up your sleeves to figure things out, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do: Support email and SMS strategy, from campaign planning to copy and light design execution Own the day-to-day of our organic social — creating posts and stories, replying to comments and DMs, and tending our Instagram community so it always sounds like us Support creative briefs and social performance reporting Help spot opportunities and act on them quickly — testing, iterating, and optimizing as we go Pitch in across other marketing initiatives as they come up (we're a small team, so the work shifts) Pull and synthesize weekly performance reporting across channels (Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, paid media platforms)
What We're Looking For 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a DTC brand in the higher-AOV space Comfort across analytics, copywriting, and design — you don't have to be world-class at all three, but you should be capable in each A natural feel for Instagram and community — comfortable creating content, replying to DMs, and engaging with people in a considered brand voice Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo; familiarity with Triple Whale, GA4, or similar analytics tools is a plus Strong written communication and an eye for design that aligns with a premium, refined brand aesthetic Self-directed, organized, and genuinely scrappy — you find a way, ask thoughtful questions, and don't need hand-holding A lover of learning — especially when it comes to AI; bonus points if you're already using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow Experience working with small or in-house marketing teams (vs. large agency environments) is a plus
The Details Hours: 15–20 hours per week Engagement: Independent contractor Location: Remote-friendly; PT or overlapping hours preferred Compensation: [Rate to be discussed based on experience] Start date: As soon as the right person is found
