Job Description – Business Development Manager
Sales Estimator Communications Manager - Bilingual
Candidate must be fully bilingual in all formats of correspondence. This unique position is a multifaced role that encompasses the EverLine Services Customer Acquisition process from lead sales generation to project estimating, in addition to managing elements our communications strategy. (Social Media Content).
Job location would be Sudbury, ON while servicing and frequent travel to the the Ottawa, Montreal areas.

The main territory where EverLine operates includes Ottawa and Montreal areas, however we may also have projects in the other territories while assisting various other franchisees in the province/ country. EverLine Coatings and Services territory cover provincial district boundaries as well as local and regional municipalities
Job Summary
At EverLine Coatings this position will lead local revenue generation, client acquisition and retention for the full suite of EverLine services for the Ottawa and Montreal areas. The role involves cold calling, estimating project scopes, managing client relationships, while ratifying opportunities. Additionally, this will also include domestic, residential, mining, heavy and light industrial sites as well as many municipal and other Government related projects.

Core Responsibilities Business Development: Generate leads, conduct outreach, and build a robust pipeline of commercial, residential and Government prospects (e.g., property and facility managers). Assisting with forecasting and developing business development targets.
Project Estimating: Measure project areas, calculate material and labor costs, and prepare accurate, competitive proposals. Maintaining volume by keeping up to date with industry needs, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Ratifying Deals: Present EverLine's unique value proposition and service advantages to win contracts.
Client Relations: Oversee the customer journey from initial pitch to post-project follow-up while celebrating the public face of both our clients and teams through current and exciting communications processes that leverage the EverLine brand through consistent social media activity.
Operational Hand-off: Provide a clear, detailed scope of work to the operations and field crews to ensure seamless project execution.
Typical Qualifications Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, facility maintenance, or commercial service industries.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM systems and satellite/mapping tools for remote estimating. Knowledge and experience in managing a robust Social Media strategy to support the full circle customer client experience while promoting the EverLine experience.
Communications: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and coordinate effectively with field crews. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to provide accurate representation of EverLine.
Drive: Results-driven, self-motivated, and independent while serving our customers with bilingual front-line service.
Qualifications
What you need to bring:

Previous experience in administrative capacity while being able to adapt to a high technology platform.

Candidates with a diploma or a degree in related fields are considered an asset.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.

Experience with various online/ digital platforms such as Excel, estimating/ proposal software, CRMs, etc. effectively and efficiently.

Experience reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents.

Experience overseeing, leading and managing small teams (EverLine Division Leads).

Experience in managing and overseeing small projects.
