Job Criteria (Who We're Looking For): Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, PR, Work Permit holder) Students are not eligible unless graduating and receiving a work permit Willing to obtain license (or already licensed) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated, coachable, and ready to work independently Must have a laptop/PC and reliable internet connection Commission-only mindset with strong income goals (potential to earn $50K–$100K+ in Year 1)
