About the Company

Immune Biosolutions is a Canadian antibody CRO and clinical-stage biotech founded in 2013 in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Over the past decade, we have produced and delivered more than 400 research antibodies across North America, Europe, and Asia, advanced more than ten therapeutic antibodies for biotech and pharma partners, raised over $30M CAD in financing and completed three Phase 2 clinical trials.

Our core technical differentiator is the avian (chicken) immunization platform, one of very few operating in North America, which generates high-affinity antibodies against targets that routinely fail in conventional murine systems: GPCRs, conserved human proteins, membrane proteins, and point-mutated antigens. Today we operate an internal therapeutic pipeline alongside an active CRO business.

We are expanding into Vancouver and we are looking for one sales specialist who knows how biotech and pharma early-stage programs are bought, who has relationships at the right level (academics, small-size and mid-size biotechnology firms, pharma), and who wants to be rewarded entirely on what they generate.

This territory is one of the most compelling we are opening. Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland together form one of the most densely networked and rapidly growing biotech corridors in North America, anchored by world-class research institutions and a concentration of antibody-focused companies. A sales specialist who already moves across this corridor has access to a pipeline that most CROs are not reaching with the specificity and credibility that a local presence provides.

What you will be doing Identifying and qualifying leads across biotech companies, pharma offices, and academic spinouts throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, greater Seattle, and Portland Conducting outreach and running discovery calls with scientific and operational decision-makers: CSOs, Heads of Biology, VP Research, laboratory directors Working with the IBS scientific team in Sherbrooke to scope and price service proposals accurately Closing CRO service agreements, funded research collaborations, and antibody engineering mandates Representing IBS at local industry events and networking environments including BC Tech, Genome BC events, BIO Washington, and Oregon Bioscience Association gatherings

Qualifications 2 or more years in life sciences business development, scientific sales, CRO/CDMO development, or a scientific role that put you in frequent commercial or partnership conversations. Working fluency in antibody biology or biologics development is a strong asset. You do not need a PhD, but you need to hold a credible conversation with a Head of Biology without losing their confidence.

Required Skills Demonstrated ability to close independently, without institutional support. You think like an owner, not a rep. You are looking for someone who sees a territory as a business to build, who reads the market, spots angles others miss, and takes initiative without waiting to be managed. You want to grow

Compensation 100% commission. There is no base salary. This is stated clearly because we respect your time and want alignment from the first conversation. Commission is competitive with industry standards for CRO business development consulting, structured for both milestone-based and recurring engagements, and meaningful on a single mid-size discovery project. A sales specialist who closes two to three mandates per quarter is earning well above market for a flexible, independent consulting arrangement. Details disclosed at first conversation.

To apply Send your resume and a brief paragraph to hamzag@ibiosolutions.com describing: One deal or partnership you have been involved in in the life sciences space, and Why the Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland corridor is a natural fit for your network.
