Role Description The Business Development Partner (Commission-Based) is a full-time, on-site role based in Homagama. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting PANDAN LABS’ software, web, UI/UX, IoT, and circuit design services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with technical and design teams to shape client proposals. The Business Development Partner will also contribute to strategic planning, maintain a pipeline of prospects, provide feedback on market trends, and support training or knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team. Qualifications Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals. Leadership Development and Training experience to guide, mentor, and support internal or partner teams. Project Management skills to coordinate client engagements, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. Consulting capabilities to understand client needs, recommend suitable technology solutions, and provide strategic guidance. Prior experience in business development, account management, or technology sales is highly beneficial. Knowledge of software development, web solutions, UI/UX, or IoT concepts is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a commission-based environment.
