About the role
Role Summary
The Amazon Catalogue Content & Listing Specialist is responsible for the creation, optimization, and ongoing management of product listings on Amazon. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, search visibility, and catalogue expansion by ensuring products are accurately listed, optimized, and launched ahead of competitors.
The role will initially focus on uploading and optimizing existing products from the current catalogue. Once Amazon Brand Registry is completed and trademarks are pending/approved, the role will scale to support the large-volume rollout of Peak Source-branded products, while continuing to support new product launches and catalogue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and manage Amazon product listings in line with Amazon best practices and compliance standards
Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and images to improve discoverability, conversion, and ranking
Support ongoing new product launches, ensuring listings go live quickly to maximize early-stage revenue and algorithm performance
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product data, pricing, variation structures, and inventory setup
Manage catalogue health, including suppression issues, listing errors, content updates, and compliance requirements
Support large-scale listing and optimization of Peak Source products once Brand Registry is completed
Monitor listing performance and implement continuous content improvements to drive revenue growth and margin performance
Ensure consistency of brand messaging and content quality across all Amazon listings
Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, A9/A10 ranking factors, and listing optimization
Experience launching and scaling product catalogues on Amazon
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused e-commerce environment
Experience with Brand Registry and trademarked brands is highly desirable
