A dedicated and knowledgeable team leverages deep industry expertise and strong resources to meet evolving client needs. Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB. This role is responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing product recommendations that align with customer requirements and industry standards. The Inside Sales Representative will manage and grow existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and support lead generation activities through proactive outreach and follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery, and working closely with the technical team to develop tailored solutions. The role also involves delivering professional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to sales targets and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, preferably in industrial products or related sectors. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trusted relationships. Experience with Lead Generation and prospecting to identify and qualify new sales opportunities. Account Management skills, including maintaining and growing existing customer accounts. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly. Proficiency with CRM system Prophet 21 and basic office software (e.g., MS Office). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in industrial supply, oil and gas, or related industries is an asset. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, engineering technology, or a related field is considered an advantage.
