Role: Account Executive (Data Management SaaS) We’re seeking a self-driven, technically adept Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition (from pipeline creation through closing deals) in the product data management and digital commerce domain. This is a ‘builder’ role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving processes and eager to take the lead. The position is full-time and on-site at our downtown Toronto office (conveniently situated just steps from Union Station). Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset. Key Responsibilities Build & Manage Pipeline: Prospect via outbound, inbound, and referrals to create qualified opportunities. Own the Sales Cycle: Run deals end-to-end (discovery → demo → proposal → close). Sell Consultatively: Translate data & AI-readiness challenges into business value. Confidently discuss APIs, integrations, and data architecture. Collaborate & Influence: Partner with Solutions Engineering and Product to ensure technical fit, win complex deals, achieve success criteria, and help shape our roadmap. Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in our CRM. Qualifications Min. 3 years B2B SaaS sales, with consistent quota attainment. Proven full-cycle Account Executive experience (prospecting + closing). Eligible to work in Canada. Strong technical fluency (data, APIs, integrations); A System Engineer equivalent role is a plus. Experience selling complex B2B SaaS in data or commerce domains (e.g. PIM/MDM/DAM or eCommerce platforms). Fluent communicator (oral and written) in English; French is a significant asset. Strong communicator with a consultative, hunter mindset. Able to travel with valid driver’s license and passport.
