Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Agent at B&G Financial. The Insurance Agent will identify client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and manage the full sales process from initial contact through policy issuance. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, presenting coverage options, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role involves ongoing client service, such as responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims coordination. The Insurance Agent will also collaborate with internal teams, stay current on industry regulations and product updates, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage and policy terms clearly. Experience in Insurance Brokerage environments, including working with multiple carriers and product lines. Solid understanding of Finance principles relevant to insurance products and client financial planning. Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and relationship management. Relevant insurance licensing or eligibility to obtain required licenses within a defined timeframe. Comfort working in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and strong time-management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
