ABOUT THE ROLE Savills North America is growing in Calgary. We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial junior broker to join our Calgary office and build their commercial real estate career within a globally recognized platform. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of brokerage experience who are looking to expand their market knowledge, work alongside experienced professionals, and grow their business with the support of Savills’ national and international network.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support industrial leasing assignments across Calgary and surrounding markets Conduct market research, financial analysis, lease reviews, and proposal summaries Prepare market reports and presentations using Savills’ technology platforms Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS Active RECA Real Estate License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset, keen attention to detail Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a requirement.
