Intellicloudware is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for configuring email campaigns, automation, and data management to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Role & Responsibilities

Set up and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate customer journeys. Design and implement email campaigns, including segmentation and targeting. Monitor and optimize marketing automation processes and workflows. Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized content for customers. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements

3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (preferred). Strong understanding of email marketing, automation, and customer segmentation. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
