About the role

We’re looking for a driven Quebec-based Account Manager to grow our business with key retail partners in Quebec. In this role, you’ll own customer relationships, lead account strategy, and deliver profitable growth for one of Canada’s most trusted food brands.

What You’ll Do Work closely with Quebec Sales Director to manage and grow Quebec retail accounts Deliver sales, profit, and strategic growth targets Build and execute customer business plans and joint initiatives Support negotiations on pricing, promotions, and trade programs Turn data into action using NielsenIQ/Circana and POS insights Identify opportunities in assortment, pricing, promotion, and distribution Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to bring initiatives to life What You Bring 2–3+ years in CPG sales, account management, or category roles Strong commercial mindset with solid P&L and trade understanding Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment Ability to turn data and insights into clear selling stories Experience with syndicated data (NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI) an asset Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools Why Dainty Foods?
