YOUR MANDATE You will lead the team responsible for developing digital ideas and media plans to meet client needs. You will build and maintain strong relationships with your clients. Creative and analytical at the same time, you will be recognized for your business acumen, entrepreneurial vision, passion, customer service orientation, and media creativity. You will be tasked with managing a team of performance managers. EVERY DAY, YOU WILL: Act as the main digital point of contact for your clients, providing a digital perspective. Contribute to the growth and development of the team. Propose ideas to enhance client satisfaction regarding digital projects and communications. Identify new business opportunities to generate additional revenue and support business development. Understand client challenges and business objectives, and guide them in their strategic thinking. Work closely with strategy teams to develop a data-driven and research-based approach that will inform media strategy. Challenge campaign results and, together with experts, identify necessary adjustments to achieve KPIs. Stay up to date with industry trends and share your knowledge with internal teams. WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE: Over 7 years of experience in media strategy; Strong interpersonal, communication, managerial, and negotiation skills; A good business sense; Strong organizational skills; A creative and innovative mindset, as well as critical and analytical thinking; Strategic and inspiring leadership; An entrepreneurial spirit. Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - for our national and international accounts and collaboration with our global network.
