Since our inception, we have experienced significant growth, and we are now looking to add a full cycle recruitment consultant for the BC region. We are open to candidates with years of experience or someone who is just starting out. We would also be open to candidates with a solid sales background looking to transition into the world of recruitment. As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales across the province and building the “Humans of HR” brand to local BC businesses. Working alongside an existing BDM, this position will be solely responsible for bringing new sales into the business and leveraging current business networks.

As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

Driving front end development of key client relationships in a business domain of your choice Identifying new business opportunities and participating in the development and implementation of new growth strategies Building a vastly stronger profile with senior stakeholders in our markets Managing a full suite of Business development including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing, lead generation and networking

Our ideal candidate will bring the following:

Previous experience in a BDM role, working to targets in a fast paced, busy role An existing relationship network within the Vancouver Market Driven, hungry and energetic Results oriented and committed to winning new business Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box Driven by goals and have a keen desire to earn uncapped $$$$
