We're growing fast — and we're looking for a closer who wants to grow with us. This is a field-based outside sales role. You'll spend your days in front of homeowners and property owners, not behind a desk. We hand you qualified leads, give you the tools to win them, and reward you for production. What You'll Do Meet homeowners and property owners on-site to assess roofing and exterior needs Conduct roof and exterior inspections and document them with photos Build and present tailored proposals using our quoting system (Roofr) Close deals and own the relationship from first handshake to project kickoff Work a healthy mix of company-provided leads and your own self-generated opportunities (canvassing, referrals, networking) Coordinate a clean handoff to our production team so the job gets built right Track your pipeline and activity, and tell us what's working and what isn't What You'll Earn Base salary + uncapped commission. OTE $75,000–$120,000+ depending on production.
