Role Description The Office Associate internship is a hybrid role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. In this role, the intern supports daily office operations, including organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records to ensure smooth administrative workflows. The Office Associate responds to inquiries, assists with basic customer service tasks, and helps coordinate communication between team members and clients. Day-to-day activities may include data entry, support with simple accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, and updating CRM or internal systems. This internship offers exposure to business development operations and office administration in a fast-paced consulting environment. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and clients. Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage scheduling, document organization, and office processes. Basic Accounting skills for handling invoices, expense tracking, and related financial documentation. Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and willingness to learn CRM or project management software. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to commute to the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area office as required for a hybrid schedule. Relevant coursework or experience in business, administration, or a related field is an asset.
