About the Opportunity: A leading organization within the real estate and financial services sector is seeking an experienced business development professional to drive residential and commercial growth across Atlantic Canada. This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic planning, relationship management, and market development while contributing to regional expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue opportunities to increase market share and revenue. Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms, lenders, and industry stakeholders. Lead regional business development planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives. Provide guidance and oversight to business development team members. Act as a subject matter expert on industry trends, real estate transactions, and related services. Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, lending, title insurance, or related field. Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, closing processes, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel regularly throughout Atlantic Canada. Practicing real estate lawyers or professionals with strong industry expertise is highly preferred.
