We are seeking an exceptional Sales Performance Coach to elevate performance across our clinics and continue building one of the strongest consultative sales teams in the medical aesthetics industry. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone with a minimum of 5 years of professional sales coaching or training experience who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
The Opportunity This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who has transitioned from individual success to developing high-performing teams. You will play a key role in shaping consultation strategy, improving closing rates, and strengthening value-based selling across multiple clinics. This position offers the opportunity to build, refine, and implement sales performance strategy across the organization, with meaningful ownership over performance initiatives and team development. This is not a passive coaching role — this is a strategic, results-driven leadership position with meaningful impact across the organization. This role reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with clinic leadership teams to drive performance and elevate sales standards. This individual will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, consultation standards, and performance expectations company-wide.
Key Responsibilities Lead in-person and virtual sales coaching sessions across clinic locations Coach Medical Consultants through role-play, shadowing, and one-on-one development Improve closing ratios, package sales, and consultation flow Train teams on value-based selling and patient psychology Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching plans Monitor sales metrics and provide actionable performance feedback Collaborate with clinic leadership on performance initiatives Maintain consistency in sales standards and best practices across clinics Travel between clinic locations as required
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional sales coaching or training experience Proven success in high-ticket or consultative sales environments Strong understanding of sales psychology and objection handling Experience coaching individuals and leading group sessions Excellent communication and presentation skills Results-driven with strong accountability standards Ability to analyze metrics and identify growth opportunities Professional, polished, and able to inspire high performance Experience in medical aesthetics or healthcare is considered an asset
