About the role
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and execute branch sales strategy, including customer growth, territory management, and performance tracking
- Oversee service operations by supporting the Service Manager to ensure high-quality, timely customer delivery
- Provide leadership and support for capital projects, including installation and commissioning activities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including logistics, tools, materials, and health & safety compliance
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, warranty management, and bad debt oversight
- Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team, including hiring and talent development
- Strengthen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities within the region
- Implement and advance regional strategic plans aligned with company growth objectives
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 4–6 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities with a focus on team development
- In-depth knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and market dynamics
- Proven experience in sales management and customer relationship development
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute long-term growth initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
