Key Responsibilities Develop and build a market within a defined niche Source and engage candidates through various channels Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients Support the recruitment process from initial outreach through to placement Gradually take ownership of your own desk

Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Interest in sales, recruitment, or business development Ability to stay consistent in a remote, flexible environment Previous recruitment or sales experience is an asset, but not required
