Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Account Executive in North America, based in Montreal, QC. The Account Executive owns the full sales cycle across a diverse portfolio of companies ranging from SMB to Enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth at Letsignit by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing complex deals, and delivering measurable business value to executive stakeholders. As a key contributor in a high-growth and evolving organization, the Account Executive plays a central role in scaling the Sales organization, shaping go-to-market strategy, and expanding market presence across North America. Key Responsabilities

A. End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, business case development, negotiation, and closing Identify customer challenges, reframe business needs, and build a compelling case for change Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure reliable pipeline forecasting B. Complex Deal Execution (Multi-Threaded Sales) Engage with senior stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership (CMO, CTO, CFO, etc.) Build tailored value propositions and ROI-driven business cases Identify, develop, and mobilize internal champions Proactively anticipate objections and navigate complex buying processes C. Pipeline Development & Strategic Prospecting Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion Leverage modern sales tools, data, and AI-driven workflows to optimize outreach effectiveness Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and webinars Represent Letsignit at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities D. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Account Growth Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Legal teams to support complex pre-sales cycles Ensure a seamless handoff to Customer Success and Delivery teams post-sale Drive expansion within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications

A. Experience & Technical Skills 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in SaaS sales Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota across SMB, Mid-Market, and/or Enterprise segments Strong command of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger) Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Ability to sell to executive-level decision-makers and build strategic relationships Strong business acumen with the ability to qualify opportunities, accelerate deal velocity, and close efficiently Skilled in building executive-level business cases and ROI narratives Familiarity with Marketing, Branding, or MarTech ecosystems is a plus Interest in AI-powered tools and emerging technologies B. Core Competencies (Soft Skills) Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills Highly analytical with structured thinking and strong prioritization abilities Competitive, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset Self-starter with high ownership and accountability Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments C.
