About Karbon Karbon is a Canadian-based technical outerwear brand, that’s been crafting high-performance technical outerwear since 1997. Based in Toronto, we design gear for serious winter sports lovers –whether you’re on the slopes, in the backcountry, or just tackling the elements.
What we’re looking for
We are on the hunt for an Inside Sales Rep with a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service. You’ll be helping to grow our custom outdoor apparel programs with Ski Teams and Resorts and across North America and beyond.
What you’ll be doing
Continue to develop and grow Karbon’s teams and resorts program by fostering relationships with current customers and searching for new customers (combinations of warm and cold leads) Call/email current and potential customers keeping detailed notes Explaining the teams and resorts program to potential customers Entering orders and producing detail sheets for final factory orders Provide market feedback and insights to help shape future product development and sales strategies Track our embroidery process from start to finish Collaborate with internal teams on order tracking, fulfillment, and customer service needs Collaborate with external sales team when needed Attend customer meetings (usually virtually) Potential for attending trade shows Reporting to the Manager, Teams & Resorts
Who You Are
1-3 years of customer service or sales experience in the retail, brand, CPG, outdoor or apparel industry Both hunter and farming mindset Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organizational skills Process oriented, problem solver and able to multi task College or University degree Bonus: You love to ski and be in the outdoors!
