Role Description The National Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Courtice, ON, responsible for leading strategic relationships with major national customers. This position manages key accounts by developing and executing account plans, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring consistent service levels across regions. The role involves analyzing sales data and market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, finance, and marketing to support account objectives. The National Key Account Manager will conduct regular business reviews, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate logistics and product availability. This person also contributes to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with company goals and sustainability initiatives. Qualifications Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, including developing and maintaining long-term strategic customer relationships. Proficient Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform business decisions. Business Planning capabilities, including building account plans, forecasting, and contributing to budgeting processes. Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, issue resolution, and delivering a positive customer experience. Experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial, automotive, or energy-related products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
