Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Orangeville, ON. In this position, the Sales Specialist engages with customers on the showroom floor, identifies their needs, and recommends suitable Mitsubishi vehicles and related products. Daily tasks include conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and financing options, preparing sales quotations, and guiding customers through the purchase process from initial contact to delivery. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the dealership’s systems, following up with leads, and building long-term customer relationships. The Sales Specialist also collaborates with colleagues on promotions, participates in product training, and supports a professional, customer-focused sales environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and build trust. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing techniques. Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management capabilities, such as coaching on product knowledge and supporting sales processes. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or dealership management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of automotive products, features, and financing options, or willingness to learn quickly, is preferred.
