The Personal Training Manager owns that program. You build the business, develop the trainers, and hold the standard that makes excellent numbers inevitable. At our top performing clubs, trainers average 100 hours per month. That number leads the industry, and it exists because of the model, and the leader running it.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

  • Your Segment of the Trainer Team. Personal trainers at Altea operate across two leadership lanes. You own the PT business side. The High Performance Manager owns LF3 and Signature Studio delivery. Both managers share accountability. Close alignment is non-negotiable.

  • PT Revenue. Session volume, renewals, package sales, and client retention are your numbers. Renewals are everything, because quality of product delivery by your team is what drives them.

  • Trainer Development. You recruit well, coach consistently, and build a team whose results prove the program works.

  • The Pipeline. New member appointments, masterclass sessions, and renewals. You partner with sales and the HPM to make sure PT is integrated into the member journey from day one.

WHO YOU ARE

You build the program, develop the people, and make the results inevitable because the culture you create makes mediocrity uncomfortable.

  • You lead from the floor. You know your trainers' clients, their close rates, and when someone's momentum is stalling.

  • You take PT revenue personally and you develop people as a reflex. You identify talent early, create real growth opportunities, and build trainers who are better for having worked with you. Your leadership shows up in their results, not in how much credit you take for them.

  • You execute within a proven system. You are here to lead it better than anyone else has, and in doing so, help define what personal training at Altea becomes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of personal training or fitness business experience in a premium environment

  • 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience, including direct management of personal trainers or a coaching team

  • Demonstrated ability to hit PT revenue targets and manage the full PT sales cycle

  • Strong financial literacy. You understand PT revenue drivers, KPIs, and act on what the numbers tell you

  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C, maintained annually

  • Criminal Background Check required prior to commencement

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

This is a leadership role compensated at a level that reflects the standard we hold and the calibre of person we are looking for. All rates of pay are confidential. Beyond base, you will receive annual and monthly performance bonus opportunities, ESOP, group health benefits, a complimentary Altea membership and Plus One, an extensive vacation package plus paid Flex days, a 4-day work week program (12 days annually), and a cellphone allowance.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Your PT program is generating revenue at or above benchmark. Your trainers are retaining clients, growing their books, and delivering sessions at the Altea standard. At least one person on your team has grown into a bigger opportunity. The HPM and you are aligned. Your trainers know what is expected of them in both lanes, and they show up accordingly. The program runs at a high level whether you are on the floor or not.
