As a Client Strategy Executive, you’ll connect insight, strategy and technology to unlock new value for your clients and your portfolio. In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth, strengthen client partnerships and create tailored payment strategies that deliver real business outcomes. You’ll influence decisions at senior levels, unlock new opportunities and play a direct role in shaping how our clients succeed in a fast moving, digital economy. What you’ll own Drive portfolio growth by identifying and converting upsell opportunities that increase revenue and deepen client value Shape pricing and profitability by analyzing account performance and confidently negotiating service terms that benefit both clients and the business Build trusted advisor relationships that strengthen loyalty, increase retention and position you as a go-to voice on payment strategy Lead consultative conversations that uncover client needs and turn them into tailored payment solutions and technology enhancements Introduce innovative technologies, partners and point of sale solutions that help clients operate more efficiently and compete more effectively Deliver seamless implementations by owning onboarding and deployment outcomes that meet high quality standards and timelines Influence business strategy by sharing insights, trends and growth opportunities that inform revenue planning and client acquisition Create a smooth client journey by leading transitions between teams and setting the foundation for long term success and satisfaction What you bring Proven success managing and growing client portfolios in sales or account management, with a strong focus on revenue outcomes Confidence in needs analysis, solution design, pricing strategy and contract negotiation that drives measurable results Strong ability to engage and influence senior decision makers through clear, consultative communication Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies Organizational strength to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery Experience collaborating across teams to deliver consistent, high quality client experiences Curiosity and adaptability that help you thrive in a fast paced, evolving payments environment Our perks - what we’ll bring for you We know it’s bigger than just your career.
