Outreach and Business Development Associate (Commission-Based) Lynn Martel Collective is a bilingual keynote speaking, authorship, and corporate culture consultancy based in the West Island of Montreal. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual to help us grow our speaking and consulting business through warm and cold outreach.

What You Will Do Research speaking and consulting opportunities including conferences, corporate events, chambers of commerce, and associations. Conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn to potential clients and event organizers. Maintain and update our lead tracking system. Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships over time. Occasionally assist with light administrative tasks related to bookings.

Who We Are Looking For Strong written communication skills in English, French is an asset but not required. Comfortable with cold outreach and following up persistently but professionally. Organized and detail oriented, comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers. Self-starter who can work independently with light supervision. Interest in HR, corporate culture, leadership, or the speaking industry is a bonus but not required.

Compensation Commission-based, structured around leads generated and bookings secured. Flexible hours, remote work. Ideal for a student, recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible part-time work alongside other commitments.
