About The Role
We are seeking a creative, curious, and ambitious designer to join our team, specializing in performance-driven advertising. In this role, you will bring innovative visual ideas to life across multiple digital channels including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Your designs will be crafted to capture attention, stop scrolling behaviors, and drive measurable results. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, experiment, and demonstrate their skills in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where design directly influences client success.
As part of our collaborative team, you will work closely with media, content, and client teams to develop and implement creative assets for A/B testing and optimization strategies. Your work will be data-backed, ensuring that every design contributes to improving campaign KPIs. The role involves creating static, motion, and video assets while maintaining brand consistency and adapting to different platform specifications. You will also be involved in user research, usability testing, and heat mapping to inform your design process, continuously iterating based on insights and testing outcomes.
This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO. At least 1 year of experience with motion graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and performance marketing projects. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as A/B testing, heat mapping, and CRO analytics. Ability to work effectively in an agency environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Interest in staying current with industry trends, AI, and automation tools that enhance marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Create compelling static and motion design assets, including ad sets and landing pages, aligned with data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing KPIs. Produce motion graphics and short-form videos optimized for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to specific platform requirements and audience attention spans. Collaborate with media and content teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals and audience insights. Maintain consistency in branding across all static, motion, and video assets while adapting creative elements for different segments and platforms. Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazy Egg. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat-mapping to gather insights and validate design decisions. Iterate and refine designs based on data, testing results, and stakeholder feedback. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular updates and communicating effectively with internal teams and clients. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRO and user experience design.
