💼 The Role AI is rapidly transforming how B2B companies generate demand, and one of the fastest-growing startups in the space is looking for its Founding Account Executive.

Our client is an ambitious early-stage AI software company that's transforming how B2B businesses approach marketing. Following strong early traction, they're now looking to hire their first dedicated Account Executive to help scale the commercial function.

🚀 Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close. Run product demonstrations without Sales Engineering support. Manage a healthy pipeline of inbound opportunities while generating outbound business. Sell primarily into SMB and Mid-Market B2B SaaS organisations. Help establish scalable sales processes alongside the CEO. Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting within HubSpot. Provide customer and market feedback to help shape the future sales strategy.

🌟 What We're Looking For Founding GTM or Founding Account Executive experience 1-5 years' experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive role. Experience selling at a startup, ideally Series A or earlier. Experience selling Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation or MarTech software. Track record of closing high-volume SMB or Mid-Market SaaS opportunities. Comfortable demonstrating technical software independently. Strong HubSpot CRM and pipeline management experience. Good understanding of SEO, paid advertising, content marketing and demand generation. Self-starter who enjoys building pipeline and succeeding without a defined playbook. Comfortable working directly alongside a founder in a fast-moving startup environment.

💰 Package Base salary: $100,000-$110,000 On-target earnings: $200,000-$220,000 Fully remote across Canada Founding Account Executive opportunity with significant progression potential.
