ASTRA GTM Sales Development Representative Remote (Canada) · Full-Time · Base + Variable
THE COMPANY Astra GTM is a fractional GTM firm. We build the outbound revenue engine for B2B companies in the US — the prospect lists, the email campaigns, the calling infrastructure, the AI research. Our clients are tech companies (AI, SaaS, fintech) trying to reach enterprise buyers systematically. We're a small, remote team. We operate lean and move fast. This is not a corporate job — you'll see the whole operation and your work will show up directly in client results.
THE ROLE We've built the pipeline. Now we need someone to run the human side of it. You'll work across 3–5 active client campaigns as the person who takes warm signal and converts it into a booked meeting. Clients include a technical hiring platform, a fintech company, and several others in the B2B space — all selling to US buyers. Day-to-day — Handle reply inboxes across active campaigns — read the thread, draft a response in the client's voice, get approval, send it — Warm call prospects from pre-researched lists — every prospect has an AI-generated brief and opener hook ready before you dial — Follow up with interested prospects and book meetings on client calendars — Log outcomes, flag anything unusual, keep the pipeline moving What this is not: you won't be building lists, cold prospecting from scratch, or doing data entry. The infrastructure handles that. Your job is the conversation — replies, calls, and getting the meeting booked.
REQUIREMENTS — 1+ year of outbound prospecting or cold calling — B2B, reaching out to companies in the US or Canada. This is the baseline, no exceptions — Business context — you know what a VP Sales does, what SaaS means, why compliance matters in finance. You can hold an intelligent 5-minute conversation about someone's business problem — Available during US business hours (ET, CT, or PT — all work) — Reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls
Nice to have — Experience managing reply inboxes at volume — Familiarity with outbound tools — CRM, email senders, dialers — Prior exposure to SaaS, fintech, or B2B technology selling

Compensation Competitive base salary + performance bonus per qualified meeting booked. Specifics discussed during the interview process.
