Votre profil Le candidat doit déjà détenir une autorisation de travail lui permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Energy aux Canada. Formation en génie électrique et en ingénierie des systèmes fortement privilégiée. Minimum de 12 années d’expérience dans l’industrie de l’énergie, idéalement dans les projets EP, le transport et la distribution d’électricité ou le développement des services publics et des réseaux de transport. Politique de télétravail. The Opportunity As a Sales Manager, you will support the development and execution of strategies for large-scale HVDC projects. You will work with customers to understand their needs and identify solutions that align with project requirements. The role includes evaluating project viability from historical, financial, competitive, and risk perspectives, recommending partners and suppliers, and coordinating capture teams for specific pursuits. You will maintain engagement across large virtual teams during multiyear sales cycles, support internal governance and approval processes, and participate in sales negotiations for multimillion-dollar projects. Through the evaluation of complex opportunities and the coordination of project pursuit activities, you will contribute to the advancement of HVDC projects that support power transmission and grid development. How You’ll Make an Impact Understand and anticipate customer needs and propose solutions. Assess the viability of large projects from historical, financial, competitive, and risk perspectives. Recommend partners, suppliers, and contract execution approaches. Initiate, coordinate, and lead capture teams for individual pursuits. Maintain engagement across large virtual teams during multiyear sales cycles. Prepare materials for internal governance and approval processes. Your Background Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada. Background in Electrical Engineering and System Engineering is highly preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in the energy industry, preferably in EP projects, transmission and distribution, or utility/transmission development. Background in HVDC is highly preferred. Proven record of managing complex pursuits and closing multimillion-dollar contracts. History of developing relationships with key stakeholders. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
