Role Description The Account Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing client relationships and supporting day-to-day account operations. This role includes preparing reports and analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization. The Account Specialist will respond to client inquiries, coordinate internal resources, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client goals. Daily tasks involve maintaining accurate account records and partnering with the paid media, design and CRO teams to support strategy execution. The role requires clear communication, strong organization, and a focus on delivering a high-quality client experience.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, performance tracking, and basic understanding of digital metrics. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to convey complex information simply. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a client-focused mindset. Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including organization, prioritization, and coordination of multiple client projects. Relevant experience in digital marketing, advertising, and agency environments is a must. Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, Claude, ChatGPT) is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is important.
