You’ll work directly with clients and partners, support senior managers, and develop the leadership skills to grow into a larger role.

What You’ll Do
Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information about our partner offerings Build trust and create a positive, personalized experience for every customer Follow up with customers to ensure they successfully complete onboarding and remain engaged Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience Consistently achieve individual performance and customer satisfaction goals
