Role Description The Commission Sales Associate at Allpac Container Inc. is a full-time, on-site role based in Windsor, ON. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting packaging products and solutions to meet customer needs. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and cold calling, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up to close sales and increase revenue. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction, while maintaining organized records of sales activities and performance metrics. The role is commission-based, requiring consistent outreach, strong product knowledge, and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Solid organizational skills, including time management, follow-up, and record keeping. Comfort with prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Ability to learn and explain technical product information related to packaging and containers. Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM or sales tracking systems. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work with minimal supervision on-site. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits in the Windsor, ON area and surrounding regions. Previous experience in commission-based sales or industrial packaging is an asset. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
