About the role

Drive global sales in a specialized, high‑value automotive market. We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Representative to expand our armored vehicle business across international markets. This role is focused on building new sales channels, managing key client relationships, and executing full-cycle deals.

INKAS® is a Canadian manufacturer known globally for designing and building premium armored SUVs, trucks, vans, and specialty vehicles. Our work combines advanced security technology, custom craftsmanship, and precision engineering in a fast-paced production environment.

Compensation Base salary: $40,000 CAD Commission: This role includes a performance-based commission plan with uncapped earning potential. Based on current sales performance, typical commission earnings range from $40,000 to $120,000 annually. Note: Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, market conditions, and territory.

What you'll do Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and market research Manage and grow relationships with resellers and direct clients Track pipeline activity and sales performance in Salesforce CRM Stay informed on competitors, pricing, and market trends Oversee order progress and coordinate shipments with internal teams Meet sales targets and report on closed deals regularly Prepare sales contracts for approval Execute territory business plans Work closely with leadership to resolve client and sales matters Travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry events

What You Bring Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in automotive or vehicle sales (preferred) Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) OMVIC certification is preferred Solid understanding of automotive products and market dynamics Ability to manage long-term deals independently Proficiency in English (additional languages such as French, Spanish are an asset)

Working Environment Office-based with regular computer use Frequent travel, including international
