Role Description This is a part-time, remote Business Partner role focused on supporting and growing Nizi Solutions’ digital services portfolio. On a day-to-day basis, the Business Partner identifies new business opportunities, builds and maintains client relationships, and collaborates with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The role includes supporting sales processes, contributing to proposals and presentations, and gathering client feedback to improve offerings in web development, software development, mobile applications, SEO, and hosting services. The Business Partner also helps shape strategic initiatives, monitors market trends and competitor activity, and contributes to planning for sustainable revenue growth. Regular virtual meetings, clear communication with stakeholders, and proactive follow-up will be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Business development and account management skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation. Understanding of digital products and services such as web development, software development, mobile applications, SEO, and hosting/domain registration. Strategic and analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and support business planning. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a part-time schedule. Prior experience in IT services, digital agencies, or technology consulting is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
