About The Role AdvancedAg is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to help drive and coordinate our growing marketing department.

This role is ideal for someone who not only understands social media and content creation but also enjoys organizing projects, coordinating people, and ensuring marketing initiatives move from idea to execution.

You’ll be responsible for managing marketing activities across multiple channels while helping coordinate projects, timelines, goals, and deliverables between internal team members, external partners, and leadership.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes marketing. Someone who understands social media because they’ve built audiences themselves. Someone who can demonstrate how they’ve grown platforms, created engagement, generated leads, and converted attention into sales. Most importantly, we’re looking for a self-starter who can help us build a world-class marketing function.

What You’ll Do

Project Coordination Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion Track marketing goals, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables Maintain project timelines and ensure accountability across the team Coordinate activities between internal staff, freelancers, agencies, and leadership Assist in developing and executing annual, quarterly, and campaign-based marketing plans Organize marketing meetings, action items, and project follow-ups Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates

Social Media Management Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms Grow social media channels through strategic and organic methods Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities Create and execute content calendars Analyze engagement and campaign performance

Community Engagement Actively engage with followers across all platforms Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries Build relationships with customers, influencers, and industry partners Foster online communities that increase trust, awareness, and engagement

Content & Campaign Support Assist with content planning, creation and execution Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, and written content projects Support product launches, promotions, trade shows, events, and campaigns Repurpose content across multiple channels and formats Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives

Performance & Strategy Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements Track lead generation and conversion metrics Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and marketing ROI Bring new ideas, tools, and strategies to the team

What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing social media accounts and marketing initiatives Demonstrated ability to grow audiences and increase engagement Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategy Self-motivated and able to work independently
