COMMERCIAL INSURANCE CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER
Lead a team of commercial insurance experts to increase sales and service excellence.
In this role you will report to the Director, Commercial Insurance, and lead a team of dedicated commercial insurance professionals. You can be part of a highly motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals and sales targets.
Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like
Deliver results on the business strategy, through employee development, performance management, coaching, succession planning and team effectiveness to drive accountability and favourable outcomes Lead your team through the change management process to shape organizational understanding of proposed changes as required Develop a team business plan, budget and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability Collaborate with Commercial Underwriting for product review and development Represent the organization and liaising with domestic and international insurance companies as required Review required reports and complete audits on processes, documentation and correspondence Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses
The value you bring
General Insurance Level 2 License required Frontline leadership experience in a sales driven environment, preferably commercial insurance Involvement in industry related associations and your community Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/ week
