Stedman LaPalm Insurance Group is seeking an experienced, client-focused RIBO Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Manage an existing portfolio of personal insurance clients
• Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional coverages
• Provide professional risk management advice tailored to clients’ needs
• Remarket policies when appropriate to ensure competitive coverage and pricing
• Work closely with our producers and service team to deliver an outstanding client experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and insurer communications
• Meet retention and growth objectives

Qualifications

• Current RIBO Licence (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Ontario personal insurance products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with broker management systems (Applied Epic experience is an asset)
