Responsibilities:

Meet and greet service customers and provide customers with the right appraisal value of their vehicle

Manage outgoing calls and respond to lead inquiries

Help obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Generate and maximize purchase appointments

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Cold call service customers in order to get them trade their existing vehicles and upgrade into new ones

Requirements:

Must have a valid drivers license Previous customer service experience as well as vehicle acquisition experience is preferred Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly Proficient in computer skills Able to work individually and team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Adhering to all company policies and procedures Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group’s CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Attitude
